James Hardy – 7

James Hardy was a product of Oldham Athletic’s academy before moving to Manchester City in the summer of 2012. James made his Man City U18 debut as a 16 year old against Chelsea

James arrived at AFC Fylde in October 2015 from the Manchester City Youth Academy. The (as then)19-year-old forward had spent 3 years with the Premier League giants, came and trained with The Coasters in September and impressed boss Dave Challinor enough to warrant signing him.

He made his debut against Coleshill Town in the FA Cup. James shone towards the latter part of last season, scoring in victories over promotion rivals Boston United and Harrogate Town.

He also made his debut for England C team in November 2016 making 2 assists against Estonia in a 1-2 away win.

Currently trying to overcome a niggling fitness issue that has kept him from gracing the Mill Farm pitch this season with his brilliance in midfield.  Sorely missed for his creativeness.
